Blue Communications is currently managed by it's founders. Mr Elliot Sachar (CEO), and Mr. Leonardo Kunar (CTO) with a combined experience of over 40 years.

Blue Communications is a licensed Caribbean carrier offering wholesale, retail and roaming termination throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. We are expanding our business and are looking for vendors offering destinations particularly in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Through a large number of interconnections with Carriers worldwide Blue is able to offer a consolidated listing of access to country networks that takes advantage of competitive pricing offered by carriers in their specialized areas.
