Blue Communications International is a wholesale carrier offering A-Z termination with a focus on the Caribbean, South, Central America .

In the Caribbean and Latin America we offer high quality aggressively priced wholesale services as well as Direct or CLI routes more often used by customers requiring retail termination services. We  offer flexible configurations, such mixed Direct/CLI and wholesale routes to meet the cost and quality needs of the customer.

We offer an attractive North America package for carriers outside of the US in two formats. Either a full 140K prefix breakout that features the best pricing or a flat rate offering consisting of less than 500 prefixes with restrictions on the volumes to special prefixes.

Our rest of world routing offers aggressive wholesale pricing as well a package of Direct/CLI for the majority of our destinations. We can also offer mix-match combinations of services to meet the pricing and quality needs.

Blue Communications International Ltd was founded in 2006 and in 2009 had carried over 100 million minutes. Since this time Blue Communications International has continued to grow year over year. Blue has offices in Barbados, St. Vincent, Jamaica, Argentina and Canada. Our primary NOC is located at the Terremark facility in Miami Florida. Sales offices are in Buenos Aries, Toronto and Barbados.
